It's a great time to be Australian. The new BYD Sealion7 (their response to the Tesla Model Y, the world's biggest selling car) *starts* at nearly $90,000 in the UK. They haven't released pricing for here, but it will be tens of thousands less than that. Many Americans are also furious they can't access BYDs at the prices we get in Australia. They slapped big tariffs on them to protect their useless car industry.
