Did you know the pressure of the air on your body is the equivalent of a one tonne car sitting on you? Just as vacuums don’t suck, air pushes into them, when you breathe the air pushes into you, there’s a lot of pressure there looking for somewhere to go when you open your mouth and nose. You won’t ever breathe well trying to ‘suck’ air in.
