I'd go even further than this article. 'Business' doesn't exist, it's a fantasy that was created at the same time as the fantasy of 'the economy'. What exists is people, with or without money, and their needs and desires. If you make that the focus, most of society's problems disappear. No need to 'stimulate' anything, just constant attention on whether people are getting their fair share. The ideas of business and the economy were ideas invented by the privileged, to justify getting a greater share.
