Rod decided to do his own road repairs, because his Ferrari kept bottoming-out (we all feel for him). Part of a trend that’s obvious everywhere. No money for councils to fix roads, the public and their 5-car families then blame the councils and mock the road workers, while refusing to pay any more rates or taxes. Rod like most is too stupid to realise that his half-arsed repairs here with gravel will likely cause accidents, for which he’ll be legally liable.
