The hilarious thing about our Yellow Peril racism is that we’ve already been ‘dependent’ on China, for decades. The US does almost nothing for us, in practical terms. China funds almost our entire society, through the things it builds and buys from us. It’s also an ancient, wise culture. It rarely goes to war, have people not noticed that? The US invades 2 or 3 countries every year, or funds somebody else to do it. Anglo cultures are often vulgar, remnant imperial cultures, dressing up looting and pillaging as lifestyle pursuits, like travel and acquiring real estate.
