You can't make this stuff up. Now if you get Covid on a cruise, staff or passenger, they lock you in your cabin for 5 days, while the cruise continues, including with guests disembarking in all destinations, carrying Covid with them to infect the locals. After those 5 days you're highly likely to be still infectious, plus we know from earlier in the pandemic that keeping people in their rooms spreads the virus throughout the ship anyway. Do people not register the depth of the insanity we're living with now? https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-10-24/covid-19-cases-confirmed-aboard-coral-princess-cruise-liner/101571326
