Anxiety is at plague levels. What if it has nothing to do with psychology, but with the loss of faith? Faith in reality being something bigger than us, that has its own patterns and reasons. Some call that God, and that's fine, you can call it anything. Feelings and emotions aren't yours, they're your encounter with this bigger reality. Our loss of faith makes us interpret those feelings and emotions through our own heads. Our own vanity is scaring us. As well as those who try to make society a collection of separate individuals.
