I posted about this when it happened. LNP fans defended the decision at the time, because as always they just swallowed spin without digesting. It was always a ludicrous, corrupt decision, a populist brain fart with no consultation with anybody who has a clue. Like what the LNP does with grants. Imagine the Blue Mountains road cleared for 40 metres on either side, from Penrith to Lithgow.
