Muscle pain is the most common ongoing symptom of Covid infection. Covid is a vascular disease and for a while they thought it was forming micro-clots in organs and muscles. But there’s some evidence now that it’s actually exploding red blood cells, and it’s the wreckage of those exploded cells that’s blocking the blood vessels. That’s very difficult if not impossible to fix.
