Still lots of counting to go. But in both Bathurst and Lithgow, the local government election has so far produced the same pattern we’re seeing at State and federal levels. The equivalent of a ‘hung parliament’, with no clear majority to any group. Which, given the lunacy of some of the groups, seems a good thing. But still a way to go.
