Working for a Council, complaints about potholes are one of the biggies. What’s not often said is how much people’s choice of vehicle causes this problem. Modern utes and SUVs are heavy. EVs are often accused of that, but all of Australia’s most popular vehicles (utes and SUVs) are heavier than EVs. (Just one more lie about EVs.) For example a Toyota RAV4, only a small SUV, weighs the same as a Tesla Model 3.
