We’ve probably all worked in organisations that have been ruined by people who are on ‘career paths’. They come for a few years, throw the place into a blender so it looks like they’ve made big changes, to add to their CVs, and then piss off to the next stepping stone in their career, leaving the mess for everybody else to clean up after them.
