Anzac. A day with a theme of remembering and death. Those two are actually intimately related, I think. To 'live', as we think of that word, is to remember. Remembering is what makes us think time 'flows'. What makes us think our lives are mortal, with a past, a present and a future. Memory I think is the key to understanding that we are actually immortal. My Anzac Day posts will be thoughts about mortality, immortality, time and memory.
