Supercars may have a problem here. The racing worked best when drivers were driving highly modified versions of cars ordinary Australians drive. Hardly any Australians want to drive American muscle cars. Including nearly every Supercars driver they interviewed today. The cars are an oven, tiny cabins, super hot. An even bigger problem for Supercars may be that Chevrolet by all reports wants to discontinue the Camaro competely, from 2024. And replace it with (have a guess)…an EV.
