The Epstein files are damaging for Trump because they expose him to be a key player amongst the elites that he, and populists like him, pretend they’re fighting against. Pauline Hanson is the same here in Oz, pretending to be a champion of the people while gouging the taxpayer for money and representing the wealthy and powerful, her own group. All trouble and strife is the battle between elites for supremacy. Societies that seem ‘divided’ aren’t really, they just have too many elites at war with each other, each enrolling as many of the population to their side as they can. Because they don’t control status rivalry.
