Have mentioned buying a Kluger hybrid and discovering by accident it's also a self-driving car. I do a daily round-trip commute of over 120 km. So in the past week I tested the self-driving technology. With me of course alert and monitoring it, ready to take control if needed (hands on the wheel but letting it steer), it's driven me to and from work every day. It did all of the driving, including monitoring traffic and slowing or stopping where needed, steering etc. All of it. It even spotted traffic in heavy rain before I could. Remarkable engineering, like autopilot on a plane because it's not designed to replace the driver, just make them a lot safer. It never sleeps, never gets distracted, never misjudges a distance. And it saves me even more fuel, because it's much smarter with throttle control than any human.
