This is Jerusalem. Intense conflict again there this week. A holy place for Jews, Christians and Muslims. We call the problems there 'religious' problems. That framing of it never progresses anything, so is obviously wrong. This is about the sacredness of place. One of my main themes. We can't understand the conflict here because we don't understand the sacredness of place. To us it's all just real estate, or places to 'see' on our trips. We live in maps.
