More modern curiosities. Why is that that people can get really passionate about working out their bodies. But you don't hear people say, "gee, I don't know much about history, or science, or maths, or how the legal system works, or how bridges work, or psychology, or art, or philosophy"? Why is it much rarer that somebody would 'workout' their mind? Interestingly for me, our minds and bodies aren't 2 things. They're one thing. There's an 'exercise' that combines the 2 - it's called poise. Balance. In 'body' and 'mind', at the same time.
