How did the world manage to keep petrol and diesel prices relatively steady with the crisis in Iran? I've circled the main reason, in yellow. The Chinese stopped importing and used their own reserves, which freed up supply for us. Here in the West we also stole fuel from poorer countries, re-diverting their supplies to ourselves. We are still the Anglo imperial pricks much of the world despises.
