Spot on. Both the gas and housing industries say the problem with energy, and houses, is 'supply'. Of course they're going to say that, it means them being able to sell more of what they offer. The problem isn't supply, we have plenty of houses, and gas. It's that a small number of people hoard all of the gas, and the housing.
