Desperate government + election looming = time for immigration and border security beat ups. I’d like to add again to the debate - it’s not ‘our’ border. All countries’ borders are international legal agreements. Just like your back fence is a legal agreement between you and your neighbour. So if somebody tries to oppose ‘our’ border and international obligations, I think it’s best to remember they’re either stupid, ignorant or lying. Or all 3.
