We drove to Wang to see the fireworks. I love fireworks, and they never had them at the scale we do now in regional areas when I was a kid. They’re also a Chinese invention, it makes me chuckle that in this time of the apparently new Yellow Peril, we all take videos and photos on our Chinese-made phones as we gather under a display of Chinese pyrotechnics.
