The only thing keeping our coal industry afloat is China. Imagine the irony of that export now collapsing, as China shifts at warp speed to renewables, leaving us with nothing. While we have all the natural advantages with renewables, and are doing almost nothing with it, people get onto social media every day to trade in fantasy slogans about ‘when the sun doesn’t shine and wind doesn’t blow’, nuclear power and EV range instead, blocking progress. Meanwhile we’re buying our solar and wind technology FROM China. They must look on at us and think we’re morons. They’d be right.
