Couldn’t comment on the post you tagged me in Rell, it wouldn’t let me. At first look all the men are supporting their weight with their heads on the wall - they’re leaning head-first on the wall - and all the women aren’t, they’re supported by their legs. So the men cant stand up because their heads are supporting their weight. Men have longer feet relative to their stature than women, so the two steps back first instruction here forces men too far from the wall to be able to just rest their heads on it - their body weight ends up supported by their head as the body topples forward onto the wall.
