Loved this from Transurban: "...a state-owned tolling entity would add a level of bureaucracy without benefiting motorists." The same Transurban who spent $36 billion building the tollways, and is charging taxpayers nearly $200 billion to use them. 'Bureaucracy' is always a word private companies use when somebody stops them gouging taxpayers.
