This is Iain Duncan Smith, former leader of the UK Tories. On TV just now, saying "parliament isn't sovereign, the people are sovereign." I believe that any politician who sets parliament up in opposition to the people is far more dangerous than any terrorist. A terrorist tries to disrupt society by blowing up things in individual incidents. These populists are trying to blow up the entire democratic system. Parliament is the people. Dipshit.
