Some organisations now go out of their way to prevent people contacting them, they don’t list phone numbers or email contacts or even web forms. I discovered the joy of this yesterday when a UK medical imaging firm sent me a person’s medical files, thinking that I was due for an MRI scan with them this week. Obviously a huge violation of this poor bugger’s privacy, and I have no way at all of notifying them that they have the wrong person.
