Australian taxpayers gave Qantas over $2.5 billion during Covid lockdowns. Qantas used the money to sack thousands of staff. Meantime the CEO bought an enormous mansion on Sydney Harbour, and still pockets annual remuneration of over $20 million, while the airline lies in ruins. The two fellas on the left represent the politics that allows this. The country was ransacked for the past 30 years.
