A study compared the response of an artificial intelligence bot (ChatGPT) and doctors, to patients. The AI won hands-down, for both quality of information, and empathy of response. There’s some fear about AI, probably because the world is so stupid now it understands everything through Hollywood movies. Any intelligence at all, from any source, is what we desperately need.
