Just to add another contender for best EV (there are many new Chinese cars coming to Oz, we're very lucky). The Xpeng G6. A competitor to the Model Y i.e. mid-range SUV. Superb quality, much bigger than it looks in pictures, loads of room. And like BYD a jaw-dropping price (even the top spec version is less than $60K). Better configured than the current Model Y, though new model coming early next year. But won't be this cheap. And unlike the Model Y, all the fancy self-driving technology is included in the price (you pay extra for that in the Model Y).
