The debates between vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters miss something - it's not plants or animals we eat, it's proteins and fats and vitamins etc. The future is now, precision fermentation and microbiology are going to create foods from the microbe-level up. Burger King's Impossible Burger already has this in it. It will be the end of most farming as we know it.
