We had world wars that lasted 4-5 years, and what happened on the other side of those? The greatest ‘economic growth’ in world history, usually shuffling winners and losers at the same time. The people who have been the winners for the past 50-70 years are usually the people now pleading for the economy over peoples’ health. Let them suffer, the ‘economy’ is just a code word for the status quo.
