Chinese EV makers and Tesla are crushing traditional car makers. Honda and Nissan, arch enemies, working together now on EV development. Japanese car makers have been ridiculously and surprisingly slow to move on EVs. Now it’s panic time. Like I’ve often said, this is Kodak time for the car industry. Kodak, the company that thought digital photography was a fad. It filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
