For those interested in the shift to indoor farming (it will blow your mind), Landline did a nice story on it. With increasing climate disruption, it may be all that keeps food on tables. It definitely keeps farmers solvent. Also called ‘vertical farming’, you can see astonishing examples of it on YouTube too. It returns vast areas of land back for other uses as well, land that has been unviable for agriculture for decades already.
