I defend institutions. It seems a boring and unintelligible cause to some, for me it’s the last defence against total social chaos. Read this, what’s going on out there, in this in case schools. All of our institutions are under assault, schools, the legal system, science, universities, journalists, social workers. Etc. Institutions are society’s wisdom accumulated over generations. Once destroyed they’re almost impossible to replace. Look at the US and UK right now, the social disaster underway. Every time you let outrage be your guide, think about the damage you might be doing. We’ve all become shock jocks, evil is winning.
