The less people understand politics and act meaningfully to change things, the more enraged and righteous their woke views become, I think. Less power in the real world produces more rigid and angry 'points of view', more rage at every tiny nuance in what is said and done. All the great woke concerns have been captured by politics for generations, until now, when populism means people are severed from their institutions and instead mount individual crusades based on their own individual feelings. Join a union. Takes 10 minutes. Fixes all the woke worries, plus more.
