Most GPs would maybe suggest a bit of Panadol for Covid, and that's about it. After my Covid infection, my Covid specialist friend ordered a big array of tests, to see if there'd been any flow-on impact to my organs or other body systems, including kidneys. People have no sense of the danger they're putting themselves in by casually allowing Covid into their lives. Their GPs are too often pissweak numpties.
