A brilliant side-effect of electrification, which will also revolutionise plane travel. Unlike fossil fuels, you can generate energy from renewable energy anywhere, without having to truck in fuel. It will make even remote locations viable as destinations for people, and will make shorter-hop electric flight both scalable for more remote areas, and also create a hub of activity at the generation site that can form a nucleus of growth in these areas. Right now flight is mostly dependent on flying into major hubs/airports, where the fuel infrastructure is.
