A straw poll. Do you prefer your fruit: A. A bit under-ripe B. Just ripe, but still firm and crunchy C. Ripe, and juicy I prefer A for bananas. And B for everything else. Can't stand ripe or over-ripe fruit that drips everywhere. It also has too much sugar in it by that stage, for me.
