How much space you get in an aeroplane is dependent on how much you pay. But should there be exceptions based on physical reasons? Should tall people for example have to pay thousands more just to receive a seat they can actually sit in? This is a variation of debates around whether overweight people should have to pay for extra seat room. I think that's probably fair enough, but height isn't something you can gain or lose, you're stuck with it.
