Many, maybe even most, people in the developed world experience the world largely as if they were occupying a space behind their eyes, looking out. The dominant idea that "I" am located inside my head, in my brain. So we 'look' at the world, as if it were a separate thing. Want to change your life in just a minute? Rather than look *at* things, start to pay attention at the same time to the SPACES around and between things, including your body. As Les Fehmi discovered, it will change everything about how you experience the world and your body. Instantly dissolve pain and tension, your body expands effortlessly in space etc. This works because by actively feeling space (try it), you're dissolving that split between you stuck up in your head, and the world around you. It seems weird, to pay attention to space, something that isn't really a thing, but it's instantly liberating. Try it. https://medium.com/thrive-global/dissolving-stress-open-focus-training-e0434e3fb238
