This time, eliminate the mongrel. What we should have done last time. Meanwhile Gladys also introducing new measures, but no leadership - just 'encouraging' us all to do it. And all via press conference, which hardly anybody except people like me watch, for work. No widespread social media and media campaign, no targeted action with particular groups. No plan at all for this pandemic, except long lists of rules to get the economy open. But at least we're going for elimination now, it only took 6 months
