This is such an important window into long-term EV ownership. 165,000km of driving. No servicing required that entire time. Battery still with 90% capacity. The car looks brand new, both inside and out, incredibly rugged design and materials. Also incredible insights into the amount of data Teslas can give you, even how many wipes of the wiper blades. Tesla can access all of the data remotely if needed, to diagnose any issues, and they resolve them by sending a service person directly to you. A car that needs NO SERVICING. Huge. There’s nothing really that can go wrong with an EV, in its basic mechanics. Costs almost nothing to ‘fuel’ it, mind bending amounts of power and acceleration, the ability to control the car remotely if needed, etc. etc. This guy drove the Tesla from the top of the UK to the bottom, stopping only once to charge. Range is a furphy. And over-the-air updates add more features to the car almost every week, other cars need new models to bring new features.
