Some research shows that people who use a saline nasal spray have up to an 8-fold lower risk of hospitalisation, with Covid. The Covid vaccines don’t target the mucosal areas in the head, where you breathe Covid in, and saline can flush some of it out before it gets to your lungs. I use it before and after events where I can’t avoid crowds.
