More of Trump’s America for Australia. Like voluntary voting, requiring an ID to vote sounds sensible, but is actually a strategy to reduce votes from people who don’t vote for conservative parties. This country really needs to get off its lazy unthinking arse and stop this shift towards American-style libertarian politics. Nothing to do with Labor or Liberal or Green, this politics will destroy all of that.
