I wasn't unhappy to learn that Andrew Tate lost a lot of money in the current Bitcoin slide. Alan Kohler's assessment of crypto more generally is spot on. The Trump family uses it for what it is, a giant Ponzi scheme-casino to enrich themselves at the expense of the gullible. Even the more positive ideas behind crypto reek of organised crime, for anybody with 5 minutes of experience in finance and governance.
