Kidult, the child-adult. Hadn’t heard the word before, but adults with the mindset of adolescents, and adolescents aping what they see as adult behaviour seems very real. People well into middle age, often with no education or training or career, going to gigs and endless holidays, and reading fantasy books. No savings, huge debts. Boomers are some of the worst savers in history, and some of the best preachers of their tremendous saving at the same time. Gen X is the screwed generation, doing the heavy lifting.
