This is the disgrace of Australia’s approach to Covid. Anybody below 17 can’t even get a vaccine. Why is that? For one reason. Your elected politicians decided the best way out of the pandemic was to let children get infected over and over to build up population immunity (which doesn’t work anyway). Just THINK what that means. Covid rarely kills children. But mumps, rubella, even measles rarely kills them either. We vaccinate children for everything else because we don’t want them to be SICK. For Covid? Infect, infect, infect, over and over and over again. Our fucking CHILDREN. Many (maybe even most) will have lifelong health problems as a result. The society disgusts me. So we kidults can go to fucking gigs and travel overseas. And the 12 months for people older than that, between doses? Purely arbitrary, a cost saving, to try to make us think it’s ’just like the flu’. Covid vaccination wears off in less than 3 months.
