A common anti-EV myth is that we’ll need vastly more electricity, if we all shift to EVs. EVs use 3-4 times less energy to travel the same distance, as combustion cars. 70-80% of the petrol or diesel you put in your tank is never used to move your vehicle. It disappears as heat out your exhaust and radiator.
