Toyota is late to the party, but arriving at last. The Highlander is called the Kluger here. At this stage only available as a hybrid here (which I have, it’s superb). The full electric version just planned for the US for now, hopefully that changes. If you’re wondering why bi-directional charging is a big thing too, an EV battery has enough energy to power your entire home for days, in an emergency. It gives ordinary people enormous flexibility with energy.
